The Hague, Netherlands – March 8, 2023 – Data Facilities, a leading provider of data center services, is pleased to announce its separation from the ColoHouse group and its emergence as an independent company. This move marks a significant milestone for Data Facilities as it reaffirms its commitment to delivering exceptional services and innovative solutions to its customers.

The Dutch division of ColoHouse, including its Netherlands data center has been re-acquired by Data Facilities founder, Savvas Bout. "We are excited to embark on this new journey as an independent company," said Savvas Bout, CEO and Founder of Data Facilities. "Our focus has always been on providing our customers with reliable, scalable, and secure data center solutions. This separation allows us to further enhance our services and innovate in new ways to meet the evolving needs of our customers."

The spin-off follows Data Facilities' acquisition by ColoHouse in January 2018, which allowed the company to integrate its services portfolio and locations. Data Facilities plans to revamp its existing products and release new ones, with a strong emphasis on providing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions that are fully automated.
